Be Present and change your world.
Today, it is too easy to spend one's time fretting worrying about so many things - climate change, Brexit, politics, money, children, relationships - so many things. And every moment that we spend focussed on things that worry us, we are not experiencing this very moment of our lives right now. By choosing to focus on what is 'right' right now, we will benefit our sense of possibility, our health, our effectiveness and give our brain a mini holiday.
