Loosing weight - the real success depends on your thinking and your self-belief.

How are you feeling after Christmas?  Great! or perhaps wishing you had eaten and drunk a little less and exercised a little more? Or is this a winter syndrome when you eat too much to comfort yourself for the short days and cold weather?  Or is it a more persistent battle? 

Developing different habits in eating and exercising has as much to do with our thinking as the foods that we eat, and the regularity of exercise.  Really getting a grip and developing solid healthy thinking and life style will give anyone greater energy, self-confidence, and a much more powerful grasp of their life. 

I offer 2 programmes for those who want to loose weight :-
The standard programme includes 5 days detox, and then a minimum of 4 weeks with two meals replaced with a low GI meal replacement, and a weekly skype group call - for the price of the products only. 
The Platinum programme includes 5 days detox, and then a minimum of 4 weeks with two meals replaced with a low GI meal replacement, plus a one to one 30 minute coaching call before you start, and then a daily 5-10 minute coaching call, text or email to develop the thinking and self belief to keep you on the path of a good healthy life style - for the price of the products + the coaching package.

Both programmes provide information on preparing yourself for change, and your food cupboard contents before you start the programme, information on low GI shopping and recipes and snacks, water intake and gradually increasing your level of exercise, frequency of eating etc.
